Josh Rumpff

Instructional Designer/Developer

Josh Rumpff is an instructional designer/developer in the Center for Teaching Innovation. He works to support faculty of all modalities with a personal interest in universal design for learning, online/hybrid/blended classrooms, and alignment/backwards design in courses. Prior to joining CTI, Josh worked as an instructional designer and technologist in southern Pennsylvania for the last decade, most recently at York College of Pennsylvania and at Harrisburg Area Community College prior to that. While at these institutes he worked to train faculty on emerging technologies, ran a course development program to help faculty take their face-to-face courses into the online environment, and helped faculty troubleshoot daily issues with their learning management systems. Josh holds a bachelor’s in Secondary Education - Citizenship and a master’s in Instructional Technology from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
